The Sauria name, logo, mascot, visual design, and all Website content (excluding the open-source Software code) are the intellectual property of Teo Bouancheau and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

- Use the Sauria name, logo, or mascot in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent

We do not warrant that:
- The Website or Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

- Any defects in the Software will be corrected
- AI agents will perform as expected in all circumstances
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEO BOUANCHEAU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Website or Software
- Any actions taken by AI agents deployed through the Software
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct or content
- Any other matter relating to the Website or Software
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teo Bouancheau from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
