Terms of Service

By accessing the Sauria website at sauria.dev (the "Website") or using the Sauria software (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Software.

Sauria is an open-source AI agent orchestration platform that enables users to deploy autonomous AI agents across multiple platforms. The Website serves as the official landing page and documentation hub for the Software.

The Sauria Software is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). Your use of the Software is governed by that license. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the AGPL-3.0 license regarding the Software, the AGPL-3.0 license prevails.

The Sauria name, logo, mascot, visual design, and all Website content (excluding the open-source Software code) are the intellectual property of Teo Bouancheau and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Use the Sauria name, logo, or mascot in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Website content (excluding Software code) without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Website infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or crawl the Website beyond reasonable use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose

When you deploy and operate Sauria on your own infrastructure, you are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• The security and integrity of your deployment
• Any data processed through your deployment
• Obtaining necessary API keys and authorizations for third-party services
• The actions and outputs of AI agents you configure and deploy

THE WEBSITE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Website or Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Software will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the Software will be corrected
• AI agents will perform as expected in all circumstances

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEO BOUANCHEAU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Website or Software
• Any actions taken by AI agents deployed through the Software
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content
• Any other matter relating to the Website or Software

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teo Bouancheau from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. The AGPL-3.0 license for the Software remains in effect independently of these Terms.
